Bishop Dr. Robert L. Meredith & (former) First Lady Rosa Meredith

Bishop Robert Lee Meredith was born in the "Steel Mill City" of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. It was there where Robert began his academic vocation in the Dauphin County public school system. In January of 1967, he joined the United States Marine Corps; earning numerous awards, recommendations, and acknowledgements- including a Medal of Honor for his services during the Vietnam War.

Throughout his military career and life, Robert traveled the world; touring many beautiful places; however, it was the providence of God that ordered his steps to North Carolina.

In 1968, Robert met his lovely wife, Rosa Bannerman of Maple Hill, North Carolina. On August 12, 1971, the two were joined in holy matrimony. Together, they parented eight children.

Under their leadership, Bishop and First Lady Meredith have founded Shiloh Apostolic Holiness Church, Shiloh Institute of Learning Primary School, Shiloh Institute of Learning Daycare, Shiloh Apartments, and the International Apostolic University of North Carolina.

In September of 1974, Bishop and First Lady open the doors of Shiloh Pentecostal Holiness Church.
